Shipping policy
All shipping costs include careful packing and protective materials, so there are no hidden extras at checkout.
All orders are sent by tracked NZ Post courier from our studio in Waihi Beach, Bay of Plenty.
New Zealand Orders
All NZ orders are sent by tracked courier. We personally monitor every order from our studio to your door and will send your tracking number once it's dispatched. Shipping costs are shown at checkout. Delivery usually takes 5–8 business days.
Stretched Canvas Prints
Stretched canvas prints take longer to prepare and deliver than our other print formats. Please allow up to 2 weeks for delivery within New Zealand, and up to 3 weeks for delivery to Australia.
Calendars
Desk and Wall Booklet calendars have their own shipping rates, shown at checkout. See our 2027 Calendar FAQs for details on our calendar shipping bundle. The Large Wall Calendar ships separately.
Original Paintings
Original oil paintings are carefully packaged to arrive safely. Because of their size and value, freight for original paintings sent outside New Zealand is quoted individually before you pay.
Shipping to Australia
Unframed matted prints and large paper prints can be ordered online and ship by tracked courier, with shipping costs shown at checkout. Delivery usually takes 14–21 business days.
Jigsaw puzzles (1 or 2 per order) can also be ordered online, with shipping shown at checkout.
Framed prints, stretched canvas prints, calendars, original paintings and larger orders can't be calculated online. Email graham.young.art@gmail.com with the items you'd like and your address. We'll send you a shipping quote and a secure payment link to complete your order.
Prices at checkout are shown in Australian dollars, converted from NZD at the current exchange rate.
Shipping to Other Countries
Online checkout is available for New Zealand and Australia only, but we're happy to ship worldwide. Email graham.young.art@gmail.com with the items you'd like and your delivery address, and we'll send you a shipping quote and a secure payment link. Delivery times vary by destination and are typically 10–21 business days.
Any import duties or taxes charged by your country are the buyer's responsibility.
